Response Times

Mors’s helpful staff will try to respond to your email within two business days. Sometimes, your email may get lost in the spam queue; we apologize in advance about such issues. If we have an existing business relationship, your email address is already whitelisted by our spam filters.

Does Mors Host Your Website?

If Mors is responsible for hosting your website, we take extreme care to avoid any downtime. But, sometimes, due to technical challenges your website might experience a brief downtime. Please contact us if the downtime is more than five minutes long. (That is how long it takes to install a security patch or reboot the server.) We have monitoring software installed that alerts us if any of the websites we are hosting are not responding properly.

Note Regarding Employment Applications

If you are sending us an employment application, please make sure that you are including a cover letter and resume in either Microsoft Word or PDF format. We will not read an application in any other format. Due to the number of applications, it is not possible for us to reply to each and every application. If your skills are found suitable for our needs, we will contact you for an interview.
